jboyd Posted April 17, 2002 Report Share Posted April 17, 2002 I just downloaded an eval copy of desktop backup in hopes of creating a DLT to DLT copy. I'm wondering if this is possible w/ this software? I simply want to create a second safety backup of my original DLT, as I no longer have the files on my hard drive. Mayoff Posted April 17, 2002 Report Share Posted April 17, 2002 If you have two DLT drives attached, you can do a Backup Set Transfer from one DLT drive to another. Tools>Copy>Transfer The DLT tapes must contain backups created by Retrospect. Our software can not read or copy tapes created with other software.
