ChrisGP
For some reason, Retrospect is not backing up some of the files on the desktops. This is not allowing a complete backup of the system which is causing a lot of problems. We has all appropriate access to the files but for some reason, they are just not being backed up. Please help. Thank you. -Chris Radoumis
nekr0phage
Hi Chris, Are there any errors reported by Retrospect or is there anything showing up in the console logs at the time of backup? Are you using any custom selectors? How about some basic info - OS versions Retro version client version(s) If you perform an immediate backup and select preview rather than backup right away, does the preview content display the files that are not getting backed up? Without having a complete description of your configuration and Retrospect setup, there's nothing a reader can do but offer sympathy.
