banterer Posted March 2, 2006 Report Share Posted March 2, 2006 I have upgraded the workgroup software but Retrospect is now reporting that my v5 catalogs are: "Not ready: Can't add to back up set Backup Set B: The catalog is pre-6.0 and read only." but I cannot find out how to update or change that. nekr0phage Posted March 2, 2006 Report Share Posted March 2, 2006 Hi Jorge, You will need to make new backup sets to save to. With the changes made to the way catalog files are written with 6.0 from 5.0, there will be no way to continue writing to those backup sets directly. You might make new backup sets then use the Transfer feature to move data from the old backup set to the new ones. You can find this option under Tools>Copy>Transfer.
