klucich Posted January 31, 2006 Report Share Posted January 31, 2006 Our tech loaded a 30 day free trial to update from 6.0.178 to 6.1.126. We did not know we could update to 6.1.3.101 for free. That is what I am trying to do now and am getting this error when I double click on the installer. "Retrospect quit unexpectedly after it was opened."
