memoryman
I'm having trouble getting Retrospect to recognize the Library on an Exabyte X200 config: G4 (graphite 450), OS X server 10.1.4 ATTO Express ProUL3D dual-channel (only Exabyte on bus) 40 tape library Retrospect server 5.201 (site licensed) library = id 9 drive 1 = id 12 drive 2 = id 13 drive 3 = id 14 drive 4 = id 15 the high id #'s are due to multiple drives which were in the machine, which I have removed for testing I can see & write to all 4 tape drives, but do not get any loader functions. the library shows up under "device status" ???? thanks
IrenaS
Have you tried any other SCSI troubleshooting? Did you ever have the Retrsospect Advanced Driver Kit? And Retrospect Driver Updates? Are there other devices on this card? Do the pin configurations of the drive and the card match? This drive is fully supported by Retrospect, so you should be able to get it working with a bit of troubleshooting.
