disabling incremental backup

When I backup a database, like MS Entourage, I would rather it overwrites the previous backup instead of leaving another set in place. Is this possible? It would save a ton of storage.

 

Ideally, I could designate which files do incremental and which overwrite. Otherwise, I could simply do separate backups depending on what I want to do.

Retrospect does not currently include this type of functionality. A recycle backup will completely overwrite the contents of your backup. Normal backup will add files to the backup.

 

You might want to use the duplicate feature for your databases as it will overwite the file every day.
