nikita Posted June 5, 2004 Report Share Posted June 5, 2004 Mac OSX 10.3.4 Retrospect Desktop 6.0.193 Retrospect Driver Update, version 5.4.104 Using LaCie DDS-3 SCSI to Fire DAT Backup drive I can't seem to get a complete backup. I am able to setup the backup get it to run but it goes for a little while then just stops. The "busy" light on my drive sticks on and the program is unresponsive. I'm able to navigate around and press "cancel" or "continue" but nothing happens. I just had the drive into LaCie and they say everything checks out fine. They even sent me a new drive. I'm guessing it's a communication problem but I don't know what to fix? I've also tried it using a direct SCSI connection to my computer but that does the same thing? Any ideas???
