Zengy
I have Retrospect Desktop 6.0.193 running on a Mac on my network and 2 other Macs with Client 6.0.108. I put my computers to sleep when i leave the office at night. The Desktop is set to back up my computers at 2:00 am. Every morning I come in and there is an error 1028 stating that the client is not visible on the network. What's up? Please help. Does it have anything to do with "sleep" mode? -Steve
natew
Hi Retrospect cannot wake up sleeping computers. They need to be left on for the backup to run properly. Nate

natew
Hi What was happening in Retrospect when the error occured? Can you please post the log for that operation? If you run a test backup during the day do you still get 519 errors? Thanks Nate
