Subvolume unavailable

I am trying to do an "incremental" backup using a previous backup set. When I try to do this I get the message that the "Subvolume is unavailable." I am backing up locally from my desktop. All files are still there.

 

 

 

Any advice?

Not sure I follow though. When I go to sources, and click on subvolumes, I get the error message "Subvolume users not found. Please insert its volume and try again."

Click on the Users folder and forget it. (click the delete key and delete this from your source volume selection).

 

 

 

Start with redefining the users folder. That is where the source of your problem is. Then from there go ahead and define what you need.

That worked! Thanks. I thought if I forgot the folders I'd lose all the info of what's been backed-up before, but I didn't.
