Guest Posted March 5, 2004 Report Share Posted March 5, 2004 Sent an email to Tech Support to discover that it is no longer a provided service. Even with a maintenance contact?!?!? Dunno, and can't reach Dantz by phone because they are probably overwhelmed with the fact that everyone now has to call! Anyway, trying to find out if I currently have v4.3 client on an OS 9 machine and I upgrade my OS X Backup server to v6, will the v4.3 client have to be updated? Maintainence contracts will list the proper technical support email address in their welcome letter. Older email addresses were closed about 2 years ago.
