Mayoff
Try going to add/remove programs and uninstall 7.6 manually. Then run the installer again.

vtrasikis
So I take it that since there are NO solutions, that I purchased a broken product????
Mayoff
It looks like your 7.6 "uninstall" is not working. It is not a problem with 7.7 itself. Try getting the latest MSI from Microsoft and updating the MSI. Try downloading and reinstalling 7.6 again. You can then try to re-uninstall 7.
