ae84d495-ed23-4afe-b468-f1d7e0d1a3e9 Posted May 13, 2011 Report Share Posted May 13, 2011 Our organization uses Retrospect backup server 7.7 to backup our client workstations and we're considering upgrading, but don't want to do so now if the next version of Retro will be released anytime this year. I have found a press release from the Director of Product Management detailing the roadmap for 2011, but there are no mentions of Retrospect 8 for Windows. A commenter on that thread says he spoke with a Sales Rep in Dec. 2010 who indicated an expected release date around Q2 of 2011...I couldn't find any info to back that up, however. Mayoff Posted May 13, 2011 Report Share Posted May 13, 2011 I do not have a release date for the next Windows version. If it does happen this year, I would guess toward the end of the year.
