ceejay Posted August 29, 2006 Report Posted August 29, 2006 Hi, New to Retrospect. Need some help/clarification on an error message I am getting with exchange mailboxes. Setup as follows: W2K3 R2 SP1 E2K3 Enterprise SP2 Retrospect Multi v7.5.285 I was able to perform an initial immediate backup of exchange mailboxes, however scripted backup returns the following - "error -1102 (drive missing/unavailable)". Please advise any further info required - any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks, Chris.
nekr0phage Posted August 29, 2006 Report Posted August 29, 2006 Hi Chris, Double check that the mailboxes are listed in Configure>Volumes, any grayed out boxes can be removed. Also, ensure you're using the recommended account settings for backing up Exchange: http://kb.dantz.com/article.asp?article=9480&p=2
