Exchange Mailbox backup error

Hi,

 

New to Retrospect. Need some help/clarification on an error message I am getting with exchange mailboxes. Setup as follows:

 

W2K3 R2 SP1

E2K3 Enterprise SP2

Retrospect Multi v7.5.285

 

I was able to perform an initial immediate backup of exchange mailboxes, however scripted backup returns the following - "error -1102 (drive missing/unavailable)". Please advise any further info required - any assistance would be appreciated.
