LTFC
Hello, I Had purchased a Maxtor One-Touch II external HDD for backup purposes. Unfortuanltly the drive was stolen The replacement is a Maxtor Personal Storage 3200 external drive. My question is this....can I use the Retrospect Express software that came with the One-Touch drive with the new Maxtor Personal Storage 3200 series HDD?? nekr0phage
Hi, Yes, this will work fine with Retrospect. For the most part, a hard drive is a hard drive. As long as Windows sees a locally attached hard drive you should be able to back up to it with little or no configuration.
