king
okay. I have retrospect 5.6 installed. When it is time for backups all of the computers are backed up, except for one. The error that comes up is that there is no accessible volumes on the backup client. Any suggestions as to why this is happening and how to fix it? Thanks

lv2ski
Ok. I know you cannot browse the client volumes. What i need to know though, is if you go to Configure/Clients....then get properties on that client.....THEN go to Volumes of that client.....on that same screen, can you even SEE any more than just the C drive? Not browse them, just see them in the list? This is going to give me the information I need in order to help you with this.
