billcotton Posted August 17, 2006 Report Share Posted August 17, 2006 I have a HP D220 tower compter with a 80 Gig hard drive. The drive is almost full. I used Retrospect to dupercate to a 120 Gig Western Digital. The process was completed. However, when I place the WD drive as the only drive. it booted up to the welcome screen of XP. I have tried other methods of installing the new drive, disatar recovery, the recovery CD is not reconized. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
