iso image file

I just bought a CD-RW and Retrospect Express.

 

Made first system backup gave no problem following prompts.

 

Then ran program to make restore cd. It ran for some time then presented me with instructions to print out "i did" but it also wants me to make a CD-R of the ISO image file.

 

PROBLEM- where is the ISO image file and also can Retrospect copy it to cd or must I use Nero?

When you begin the DR process Retrospect will give you a choice for the .iso image destination. The default location would be My Documents.

 

 

 

You need to use Nero to burn the image. The Knowledgebase and the Retrospect Read Me give directions for burning the .iso image. Just type "nero" into the knowledgebase.
