nekr0phage Posted May 17, 2006 Report Share Posted May 17, 2006 Hi, "Winerr" indicates an error from something in the operating system that affects the Retrospect backup. In this case, I see a reference for VSS - the Windows service used by Retrospect to backup open files. You should check your Windows event logs to see if there is more useful information there.
