pullenia
Initial backup was accidentally sent to my C drive - this has now been corrected, and I have a complete backup on my external hard drive. I am trying to free up space on C - so I followed the directions, selected the offending restore point, and clicked delete on the toolbar. Selection disappears from the list. BUT - the backup files are still on C, and the next time I open Express HD the bad restore point is still listed. How can I get rid of it, and the humongous backup files?? (I say "bad restore point" because it was an incomplete backup--not enough room on my C drive--which is why I want to get rid of those backup files, safely. I could use those 7G again!!) natew
Hi Run the setup wizard again and make sure you do not select the C drive to store the backup data. Then manually delete the backup files from the C drive. Thanks nate
