Stockgroup Posted May 17, 2002 Report Share Posted May 17, 2002 Hello all, I've just installed Retrospect Express on my win2K professional station and I am now getting a "media failure" status on a new tape that I have just inserted. wurlyburly Posted May 21, 2002 Report Share Posted May 21, 2002 I am receiving the same error with almost the exact same config, although i am using Win XP, not Win 2k. Retrospect does not even see the Seagate ST20000A as a device (Retrospect reports "no backup devices found").
