macnetwork Posted November 27, 2005 Report Share Posted November 27, 2005 I need to recreate my Tape Catalogs since losing the whole server but when I load the tape, device manager shows the Status as "(Wrong version)" and the tape name as "(Unkown)". The drive is a LaCie external USB AIT-2. I can quick erase a tape and give it a name and it will then be read OK but tapes named under the previous installation are unusable. I am using Single Server 6.5 with Windows 2003 SBS - could it be a authorisation or permissions issue? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
