elak Posted October 25, 2005 Report Share Posted October 25, 2005 Hi, I very much appreciate, if you could kindly help us on following problem : We have Retrospect Single Server 7.0 running over windows 2000 server, and back up w/Maxtor external USB HDD. We have six scheduled/timed scripts, and currently, when it starts on time we face GROOM screen which asks " where to back up"; than it works normally. However, we want the scripts run on time w/o asking this question as automatically. Would you please help us to run the scriptcs as automatically w/o asking where to back up? natew Posted October 26, 2005 Report Share Posted October 26, 2005 Hi Make sure you have Retrospect 7.0.326 installed. Can please post the exact error message you see?
