elak Posted October 25, 2005 Report Share Posted October 25, 2005 Hi, I very much appreciate, if you could kindly help us on following problem : We have Retrospect Multi Server 7.0 running over windows 2003 server, and back up w/HP DAT 72. We did not have any trouble for running our scripts (six scripts we have) until last week. Currently, we do not have any trouble w/manuel back up, however timed/scheduled jobs w/scripts is simply deferred by having a message which says that "Retrospect launcher service is not working properly". Would you please help us to run the scriptcs w/o deferred? I look forward to hearing from you soon.
