dnamroud
Hello, I am facing this problem: while trying to backup my clients (16) (Windows and MAC) my main system will stop responding to any kind of command... I need to reboot the system everytime... The same problem happens when i tried to restore some files.... I have noticed that everytime there is a lot of files to backup, the sytem stop responding, without returning any error... My sytem is: Windows 2000 / Citrix server Retrospect version: 6.0 Thank you Dany

natew
Hi Are you using a disk backup set or a file backup set? How is the drive connected to the machine? Does the error happen when Retrospect is actually copying files or before data is copied? Thanks Nate

natew
Hi Please try this with a disk backup set. Do you have any virus software that may be trying to scan the backup file? Thanks Nate
