Proactive missing volumes

I am having a problem with Dantz retrospect 7.0 Server edition, for some reason it's only backing up one volume. Even though there are several volumes set up on the volumes list, Dantz is only backing up one of them, it seems like it only does the first volume on each laptop's specific volume list.

 

Before it was only backing up the favorites volume... then we decided to remove the favorites volume to see what would happen and it started doing just the Applications volume.... it is quite odd because each laptop has 4 volumes of which only the first one on the list is being executed.

 

any ideas?

Are there 4 disks on each client machine or are you backing up 4 subvolumes from each machine?

 

What is the OS of the client machines?

 

Have you added all these volumes to a group or have you added each one to the script sources?

1) I am backing up 4 subvolumes from each machine.

2)The OS is windows XP.

3)I believe I have added each one to the script source.

 

I will clarify this later on when I go to the client's office.

Sorry all volumes have been added top the laptop group. Even though there are four volumes on the group per laptop it's only backing up one.

If you add the volumes directly to the script (not to a group) are they backed up? I'm wondering if the groups may be corrupt somehow.
