sgasch
We are running Retrospect 4.3 on a Mac Client and back up a mixture of PCs and Macs. We recently changed our domain and therefore all of our IP addresses, including the server. In order to reconnect the clients, I attempted to forget them and then reconnect them with the new IP address. No problem with any of the Macs, but with some of the Windows NT and 2000 clients, even though I "forgot" the clients, the server didn't really forget them. When I try to log in, I get a "client not visible" message, even though nothing else has changed. The clients are running 5.6, which is supposed to support Windows 2000, but that doesn't seem to help in some cases. Any suggestions? My next step is to uninstall and reinstall the clients. IrenaS
When you forgot the clients, did they disappear from the clients on network database? When you readded them, did you get a error? What if you try to browse the clients now from Configure > Volumes?
