tcwade
My computer came with NT4 and an upgrade to Windows 2000. Retrospect 7 Disaster Recovery does not recognize my upgrade disk as a Windows 2000 installation disk. Help please. Thanks
natew
Hi I think this may actually be a different issue. Close Retrospect and then copy the contents of the i386 folder from your Windows 2000 upgrade CD to your C: drive. Then run the Disaster Recovery Wizard again and tell Retrospect to use the copied folder instead of your install CD. Thanks Nate
