jetmaster Posted May 9, 2002 Report Share Posted May 9, 2002 If I want to restore a single file how do I know which days snapshot to find it on if I don't necessarily know the last time it changed. When you look at the files for a Snapshot it only has the files it backed up in THAT session. You can enter in the file name or part of the file name and Retrospect will search all snapshots for all version of that file that exist in the backup. For details, see you User's Guide, p. 49.
