After the first disc is written, I do not know how to replace the CD with a new one (i.e. do not know how to close the bay). The Eject key only opens the door but does not close it and proceed complains that the media is not ready.... It looks something silly, but I can't figure it out. I tried to phone technical support, but after waiting for more than 1 hour for technical support (no toll free from the Netherlands) I gave up. Regards, Ruud. Mayoff Posted May 8, 2002 Report Share Posted May 8, 2002 Hi, To close the CD tray, you can give the tray door a gentle tap (or nudge) inwards.
