Guest Posted June 14, 2005 Report Share Posted June 14, 2005 Hello, I have a Maxtor OneTouch External hard disk. The backup software with this is Retrospect Express 6.0.22, OEM Edition. I wanted to test before performing an actual backup hence decided to backup few files on Desktop to a CD. I tried to configure CD drive. Though there was a new CD in the disk, the configuration wizard kept on prompting me to insert a CD-RW disk. Please help, I am new to this forum and using this software for the first time.
