RandyB Posted May 19, 2005 Report Share Posted May 19, 2005 Windows XP SP2, Lite-On 411s dvd writer. Backing up 3+ gigs from my data partition to a DVD+RW. The log report shows no errors but also 0% compression. I do have software compression turned on. My data includes a lot of text files (WordPerfect and Word), as will as hundreds of megs of Access files between 20 MB and 80MB. In Pkzip, my Access files typically reduce to 20% of original size.
