rpg Posted April 17, 2005 Report Share Posted April 17, 2005 Would appreciate any help with this. I am using Retrospect HD with a Maxto OneTouch external hard drive. I set retrospect to make regular backups with the option to delete older files when the drive was full. However, once the drive filled up the program stopped working. It won't delete the older files itself and when I tried deleting the files manually from the Setup screen nothing happens (that is, it asks if I'm sure but when I click OK nothing happens). Sort of reformatting the hard drive and getting a different backup software I don't know what to do about this. Thanks for any help. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

natew Posted April 29, 2005 Report Share Posted April 29, 2005 Hi Which files did you delete? Manually deleting only some of the files can cause problems.
