Retrospect backing up Win2003 Server w/Mac Services, does it backup Mac "Directory" as well?

I'm running Retrospect 7.0 Single Server (newest updates as of 3/16 both Program and Clients) backing up a Windows 2003 Standard Server. We are running Services for Macintosh, which I believe maintains a separate "directory" for mac compatible file names, even though they generally point to the same data.

 

I know that with the Mac version, Retrospect requires you to mount the Mac side of the server on your desktop and back that up rather than through the Retrospect client. I just wanted to make sure that if I was backing it up through Windows that it was getting everything on the disk from both sides.
