twiley
I tried to install the 7.0.265 update in our test environment but It will not install. I receive a request for disk 1. Any one run into this and solve it?
natew
Hi Is this a clean install or an update? Uninstall the old version of Retrospect, download the update again and run the install. Also make sure you have the installer on local disk and not a network share. BTW uninstalling Retrospect does not delete your settings or backups. Thanks Nate
Richy_Boy
The update installed fine on our systems, and suprisingly fixed a few 'issues' we had with the Exchange plug-in. I went the update route though and then updated all the clients with the tool provided. Rich
twiley
I got it to run! The fix was to run the downloaded file directly on the server. I originally made a CD and tried to run the update from the CD.
