akfish Posted February 25, 2005 Report Share Posted February 25, 2005 Hi all, This should be an easy one. I am backing up about 60gb across multiple disks to a 200gb maxtor external drive. I have set this up to automatically backup every night with no problems. Now I would like to usea second external drive so that one backup is at home while the other is being used in case of a disaster. I have tried adding the second drive as a member but I dont think it had the entire backup on it. Then I added it as a second backup and included it as a destination in the automated script but Retrospect would not use that drive...it kept looking for the first one. natew Posted March 16, 2005 Report Share Posted March 16, 2005 Hi Almost there... You need to add a new schedule too. Set the "weeks" box to 2 and offset the start date by one week.
