Problems after disk failure during backup

I am using Retrospect, single server, 7.0.


After a hard drive failure, during backup operations, I have two clients / backup sets that

appear to be in limbo. I cannot:


a. run a backup script -- each always goes into "waiting for ... " state

b. delete the damaged member from destination list

c. delete the client or backup set. The delete operation is greyed out


Any suggestions / pointers to info on how to deal with this would be appreciated.

Sounds like these items are in use by an operation.


Is the "defer" icon at the top of the screen clicked on?

Make sure no proactive backup scripts are running. Also, stop proactive backup from the "run" menu at the top of the screen.
