error 0xc0000005

I get an "Applicatoin failed to intialize error 0xc0000005 every time I press the One-Touch button, or try to start Retrospect from the Program menu. This started happening when I put Retrospect on my new computer. Nothing seems to work--new driver, new program downloaded and burned to a CD, new download started from desktop. Tech support tried for 45 minutes, but nothing worked.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions?
