dejola
Merry Christmas to all! How happy I was when I opened my Christmas presents this morning to find among them a new Maxtor One Touch 120GB external hard drive. But then how sad and frustrated I became when Retrospect asked me for an Application License Code. Nothing I could find in my Maxtor documentation provided the Application License Code Retrospect was asking for. How uncool that is. So here I am on Christmas afternoon wanting to do my first One Touch backup and I can't...unless someone can tell me where to find the Application License Code. Of course, both Maxtor andf Dantz are not open on the weekend. Can anyone help? Thanks. John
natew
Hi The License code is listed there in the window. Just click OK. You will also get a license code prompt if you are using a server version of Windows. Retrospect Express does not run on Server OSes. Thanks Nate
