Guest Posted November 5, 2004 Report Share Posted November 5, 2004 We are backing up using SQL Agent....backups are running fine, (full), but the transaction logs are not being truncated, which I thought would happen automagically. natew Posted November 9, 2004 Report Share Posted November 9, 2004 Hi You will also need to run a "log backup" that truncates commited transactions.
