Else try this: http://www.dantz.com/docs/customizing_one_touch.pdf Interestingly PC Magazine under this Maxtor product, has some users comments and they say that the bundled software Dantz Retoro Express is an old version and ideally you need to pay more money for the pro version !! Blimey, perhaps it would be better to buy Ghost and then get the OneTouch feature to start this off. I would have a look on the Maxtor website under support and read through the same 20 or so faq they reshuffle every time you ask a question too.
