I did a full backup using 6.5 and got the following 2 errors (with red arrows under the drive "C" part) as reported in the log:

I'm aware there is an 3.19 update - this full back up was done before I installed the update.

What do the errors mean and should I be concerned?

Also, on making a disaster recovery CD, I know I should burn in ISO format, but does it matter if I use the 8.3 file naming structure or the 30 character file structure options under EZ CD?

Thanks!

Pat

Howdy,

The 1101 error can be disregarded in this case -looks like some temporary internet files were deleted during the backup. Error 1101 is well documented in the Dantz Knowledgebase. If you are concerned about them you can always run another normal backup.

The Maperror is probably OK to ignore too but just in case you could create a new DR ISO image. You may want to restart the computer and minimize the number of programs you have running when you run the DR creation wizard.

As far as burning the ISO, I suggest using the default settings for EZ CD
