mteehan Posted September 25, 2014 Report Share Posted September 25, 2014 Hello, I'm running Retrospect 9.0.1 Multi Server and trying to transfer some backup sets from disk to tape. I keep getting the same error (see the attached screenshot) every time I try to run this task and I believe it's when the first backup set has finished transferring to tape. I can't tell for sure since when I go to History, the Log button isn't available. I'm fairly new at Retrospect so I'm not sure where to start with this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Lennart_T Posted September 25, 2014 Report Share Posted September 25, 2014 That is a serious error that should not happen. It could be a bad driver on the SCSI/Fiber card. It could be bad firmware on the SCSI/Fiber card. Please make sure both are updated. Please contact Retrospect support.
