Problems Installing Exchange Agent

I've been trying to install the Exchange Agent for Retrospect 6.5 on Exchange 2003, but everytime I go to install the agent I'm prompted for the license code. When I put in the license code, I get the same screen again like it didn't take. This is the same number that appears in the License Manager, and it says that I have one available license for the Exchange Agent. Any ideas on why I can't install the Exchange Agent even though I have a license for it?
