isis
Can Retrospect 6 (express, desktop, workstation) on Mac OS X back up to a USB solid state drive? They aren't very big in capacity (128MB, 256MB up to a 1GB) nor in size (large eraser - if you remember what that is) but they would fit the bill for one application i have in mind. The supported devices list mentions USB drives and removable drives. So it is a USB drive and it is removable but it would be nice to have a definitive answer. Would a Dantz representative kindly respond when you have a moment? Thanks Dan
natew
Hi You mean a memory stick thing right? Technically you should use disks formatted as HFS+ but you can save a file backup set pretty much anywhere. I did a small test on my Sony pocket bit and it seemed to go OK Nate
