Tony Albano Posted December 17, 2003 Report Share Posted December 17, 2003 Can anybody help, please? Just bought the above drive which is supported by 6.5. I've got the latest driver update. The DVD drive is connected as master with a CD rewriter as slave. The DVD writer and CD writer is shown in Explorer and is working with the writing software, etc. The BIOS also shows it. When I go to configure, devices - the DVD drive is not shown at all. The CD rewriter is. The DVD drive just doesn't appear anywhere within Retrospect whatsoever. I'm running XP Pro.
