can't backup a PC on a Mac error 1028

Hi,

 

I have a Mac network which uses Retrospect 4.3 as a server.

 

I want to back up my PC (windows Xp pro) using client 6.

 

on the Mac Retrospect Server I see my PC computer under the TCP/IP tab but it doesn't let me to connect and shows me error 1028.

 

how do I resolve this issue ? do I need to upgrade the Mac version of Retrospect or is there a Client for the PC that can work with the Mac server 4.3 version ?

I don't believe the 6.0 client is compatible with 4.3 - try the 5.6 client installer, available from:
