PaulW
Needless to say, Retrospect is fabulous, and the ongoing to commitment to the Mac OS is great. Now for my gripe, albeit a bit petty, but ... OS 9 clients can be shut down when the back up is complete, but not OS X clients. I need to be able to shut down my PowerBook after backup. They don't take kindly to being left on 24 hours straight. Any plans to make OS X clients shut down after backup?
AmyJ
We don't currently have plans to incorporate this into the OS X product, but that isn't to say that it will never be done. This would be a great suggestion for the Product Suggestions forum.
Schmelkus
Has this been changed yet, can't find much reference to the issue in the waves of information here. Surely they wouldn't take such a great feature away and not play to reinstate it?
