Ununnilium Posted December 16, 2009 Report Share Posted December 16, 2009 With Retrospect Server 7.6.123, I'm getting the following cryptic error when trying to backup to a disk backup set: + Normal backup using [backupSet] at 12/14/2009 1:06 PM (Execution unit 1) To Backup Set [backupSet]... - 12/14/2009 1:06:30 PM: Copying home on [VolumeName] (F:) Trouble matching home on [VolumeName] (F:) to [backupSet], error -808 (key/refnum search failed) - 12/14/2009 1:40:51 PM: Copying shared on [VolumeName] (F:) Trouble matching shared on [VolumeName] (F:) to [backupSet], error -808 (key/refnum search failed) Can't compress Catalog File for Backup Set [backupSet], error -808 (key/refnum search failed) 12/14/2009 2:28:44 PM: Execution incomplete Total duration: 01:22:12 (01:22:12 idle/loading/preparing) Does anyone know what might be causing this and/or what I should do to fix it?
