Retrospect 6.1.126 can't back up to NTFS?

Recommended Posts

Yes, you make two mistakes.

1) USB isn't suitable for sustained throughput. Try Firewire instead.

(But that's "just" a performance problem, nothing else.)

2) NTFS for backing up Mac files? Why not buy a new hard drive and format it as Mac OS Extended? Hard drives are so cheap nowadays.

Apparently hasn't Paragon implemented ALL file manager calls, so it returns an error when Retrospect issues a non-implemented call.
