When a user accesses the UIR interface via the browser Retrospect shows them the backup sets for that user (although for some reason it only shows the sets from that last couple of days). We have performed successful restores to the client via UIR and the server console. BUT, when you access the UIR as Administrator "//computername/myrestore/default.aspx?admin", after typing the password I get "password does not match". We are using the same password that we use to log into and also unlock Retrospect at the server console. What are we doing wrong? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
nembot Posted December 6, 2006 Report Share Posted December 6, 2006 Hi, The password here is probably case sesitive, so carefully check your password, otherwise go in the client's property under configuration>client and set up a new password.
